My views on the Ecotools Bamboo brush set:

It is one of the best and affordable makeup brush kit one can get. The set includes all elementary and useful brushes that help to achieve more with less. All the brushes are made up of super soft synthetic taklon bristles and have medium sized bamboo handles. They look cute and are light weight and very handy.

Let me describe these brushes one by one for you all starting with my favorites.

Blush Brush: This is the softest bush/powder brush I had used till date. It is a big flattened brush that easily angles your cheek bone and applies the powder blushes beautifully. On the other hand, its big size makes it an appropriate powder blush and I had seen it apply my compact flawlessly.

One can use it to set up the makeup and it does that perfectly. But it sheds 1 or 2 bristles when washed but that doesn’t matter to me. I would rate it 5/5.

Angled eyeliner brush: This is another favourite brush of mine which I use to apply gel liners. I even wet this brush and apply the powder eye shadows as liners and again it does the job neatly.

Its dense and stiff form makes it a great brush for liner application. The same brush can be used for filing in the brows. I pick this brush every time for filling in my brows and I just love it for that. My ratings would be again 5/5.

Eye shading brush: Well, this brush is used for applying my gel liners as a base on the eye lids.

Again it is a bit stiff; flat but soft and so it can be used to cover the lids with a wet base. Not a necessary brush but works well. My ratings would be 3.5/5.

Concealer brush: I don’t use any concealer brush and so again this is a bit flat brush and can be a good choice if you want to pat a powder eye shadow on to the lids.

Its shape does not allow for blending it the shadows but if you prefer to apply concealer with a brush then it would be an apt choice. I would rate it 3/5

Lash & Brow groomer: The brush that I use the least. It’s a little bigger than the other available brand’s Lash/Brow comb brush.

Again not a problem while using it and it does its intended job well. My ratings would be 3.5/5.

The Cosmetic Brush roll: It’s good and reusable. Keeps the inside stuff safe and its compact design makes it very handy.

Final Conclusion/Recommendation: Get it if you are looking for an above decent makeup brush kit. All the brushes are made up if synthetic bristles which is Taklon and taklon brushes are more hygienic than real hair brushes and as they are synthetic so animal cruelty is not an issue. I totally recommend it to everyone.
